Bamboo Towels are so soft and fluffy, even after they've been washed! They are also highly absorbent, contain a natural antibacterial quality and are made in England at the Lancashire Towel Co, on traditional looms in a traditional mill from Chinese Bamboo. The towels are undyed and unbleached and so are a natural cream colour. They are woven using Bamboo for the pile (loops) and Cotton for the backing, giving a total fibre content of 60% Bamboo, and 40% Cotton by weight. 550 gsm. The bamboo used in their towels is not only grown sustainably but is one of the fastest growing plants on Earth (some species grow at a rate of 1 foot per day) but do not need pesticides and/or fertilisers to grow.
