Demonstration of making a chocolate ganache which forms the basis for chocolate truffles, cake fillings and real hot chocolate. Other demonstrations include how to temper chocolate by hand, and rolling truffles by hand before dipping them in tempered chocolate. Finally, packing your chocolates to take away. Meanwhile, enjoy a glass of champagne and nibble on Hollys handmade truffles. Workshop: Two and a half hours.
