Life Mel is the result of over thirty years’ research and has been specially developed to provide the benefits of honey enhanced by feeding the bees with selected herbs.
It is accepted that the honey that a bee produces is affected by the food that it eats - Manuka honey, for example, is produced by bees feeding from the Manuka bush.
Life Mel is produced by honey bees fed on a diet of the most potent parts of specially selected herbs, which includes selected herbs such as Siberian Ginseng, Echinacea and Uncaria Tomentosa.
Nothing is added to the honey, there are no preservatives, no additives - just a wonderful, unique honey.

Life Mel can be kept at room temperature. If the honey goes hard or crystallises (this is a normal occurrency of any honey), stand in a jar of hot water for 20 minutes, this will return the honey to a runnier texture. This will not alter it's properties in any way.
