This wall chart is a fantastic activity chart for children (and adults) that will help ensure their daily intake of the nutritious fruits and vegetables in the recommended five portions a day. The way it works is this: Each member of the family chooses an animal for the week and as they eat particular fruits and vegetables from the 5 colour categories they put their sticker in the appropriate column for that day. Each member of the family can see who has had what each day and if everyone gets at least 5 items. This is a fun way to teach conscious healthy eating.
