Delivering your Order
Delivery Charge to UK Mainland
Our Standard Delivery to the UK Mainland is charged at £3.99. We do have a few specific items that are less or more than our Standard Delivery Charges. For example, the delivery charge for magazines and some very small items covers a delivery price from £1.00 to £2.50. For Paperpod and Kid-Eco items the delivery charge is £7.99, Shoes range from £4.99 to £7.99, the Organic Cotton Roll-Up Bed is £9.99 for the Adult's Bed and £14.99 for the Double Bed, the Moses Basket and Stand is £9.99 and for the Angel Linens products the delivery charge is up to £7.00.
Heavy Items to the UK Mainland
If you order 2 or more items marked ‘heavy’ ( ), then the cost of delivery will be £7.99 for the UK Mainland.
Delivery Charges to Rest of World
Carriage prices overseas are dependent on the size and weight of the package. We have over 3000 products and this means it is very difficult to provide set delivery prices to cover every type of order made.
You will receive an email from us detailing that we are calculating your delivery price. We try to do this as quickly as possible and usually within 24 hours but sometimes it does take longer to receive a quote from our courier company.
You will then receive an email back with a link. If you click on this link it will allow you to view the delivery price and to finish the transaction, if you are happy with the delivery price.
Please find below general guidelines for sending orders overseas. If you are in doubt at all about how much delivery charge your order will cost, please do not hesitate to send us an email at customerservices@thenaturalstore.co.uk detailing what you wish to order and where you would like it sent and we can inform you of the delivery price before you place an order with us.
General Guidelines on Overseas Delivery Charges
If your order weighs 2kg or less we will use Royal Mail International Signed For Post to send your parcel to you. This will mean that you have to sign for the parcel when it arrives with you and ensures that it is received by the correct recipient.
If your order weighs over 2kg we will send it by DHL or Fedex.
Delivery Period for the UK
If you would like to receive your order by a specific date, please detail this in the box below titled 'additional delivery instructions' or telephone us on 01273 746781. We will do all we can to have your order arrive by your required date. If we are not able to make the required delivery date, we will contact you very soon after placing your order to inform you and we will be more than happy to discuss available options.
We are able to despatch 81% of our orders within 2/3 days of the order being placed, however please do allow up to 14 working days to receive your order. If, in the unfortunate event we are unable to deliver your order within the 14 days, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed with your order.
A few of our very special items are 'made to order' and when this is the case it will be stated in the item's description. Their delivery time is usually 14-21 days, but a few items do stipulate they may take longer than this.
Delivery Period for Overseas
We are able to despatch 81% of our orders within 2/3 days of the order being placed, however please do allow up to 14 working days for your order to be sent out to you. Orders to Europe usually take 3-5 working days to arrive once sent out (although we have found that parcels to France can take up to 14 days to arrive after the date of despatch). Orders to the USA usually take 5-10 working days to arrive once sent out. Orders to the Rest of the World usually take 10-14 days to arrive after despatch.

Packaging Details
We take the greatest care when packing your Order to ensure it gets to you in perfect condition. Your Order will be placed in a strong white mottled box wrapped with white tissue paper. Any glass items will be wrapped in corrugated card to protect them from breakage. A high proportion of our packaging is fully recycable and is manufactured from either 100% recycled material or has a high recycled content. Natural Store Packaging is included in your delivery price.
We can also Gift Wrap your order (£3.15) or place it in a Hamper (£15.75) if you would prefer.
Tracking your Order
Account holders can track their orders. Once you have placed an order, this will show in your account under 'My Bought (yet to be dispatched) Orders'. As soon as we have sent you your order, this will now show in your account under 'My Bought (dispatched) Orders. Here you can see the time and date that we sent out your Order.
