Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your Order. Should you wish to return any items from your Order for an exchange or refund, this is no problem at all. Please follow these instructions.
- Please return all goods in their original condition and packaging by 1st class recorded post to:-
Returns, The Natural Store, 2 Rochester Gardens, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 3AW.
- Please write a note detailing your name, order number if you have it to hand, and what you would like us to do with the item(s) you are returning. Would you like a refund or exchange? If you would like an exchange, please inform us in detail of exactly which item(s) you would like. N.B. We have stopped enclosing a Returns Form with each of our parcels to try and limit the amount of waste for recycling with each of our parcels, as we only receive a small amount of returns.
- Please obtain a 'proof of posting' from the Post Office, when you return orders to us. It is difficult for us to exchange, refund, or replace items that are lost in the post, unless a 'proof of posting' can be provided.
-For UK orders only, we will be very happy to refund the return postage for damaged and/or incorrect orders you have received, if you return the package to us using the Royal Mail Post Office and not a courier service.
-For UK Exchange orders and some small, lightweight overseas orders, we will send out your exchange items with no additional delivery charge.
-For all Overseas Orders/non-UK orders, we do not refund any postage costs incurred in returning item(s) to us.
-Please note, we cannot offer refunds for any Ciel Lingerie. We can only provide exchanges for Ciel bras and Ciel camisoles but not for Ciel boy shorts or Ciel panties, due to hygiene reasons.
