FRAZERPARFUMs solid perfume, following Eighteenth century traditional perfumery techniques, is created from handmade organic beeswax and rare absolute botanicals. It is a solid perfume block, housed in a hand carved sustainable African Blackwood ebony cameo compact (see image 2). Individually engraved with a series number and convenient for travel. This perfume is minimal in form possessing great diffusive power that appreciates with age. Derived from perfume essences the beeswax assumes the identity of perfume used. Rubbed by the fingers to generate heat, the warm wax should then be placed on pulse points for a slow release lasting scent. The solid perfume is effective for 8 hours. The Isle de Beauté, Corse is where the minute yellow flower clusters of the immortelle are abundant. The oil is a deep and dense warm accord reminiscent of beeswax, slightly floral cherry jasmine with amazing properties of anti-ageing. The island itself being 'corse' with the maquis has a masculine energy with rocky slate cliffs and the juxtaposition of French and Italian culture. This composition might be a cologne homme; but when creating, the composition takes on a life direction of its own and so we shall see.
