Tri-Dosha's Vata recipe: referred to in Ayurveda as ‘the youthful one’ or ‘the rush of spring’. It is aligned to the elements of ether and air, and is the energy of movement.
Physical: A traditional Ayurvedic formula with Ajwain and a warming aromatic blend for soothing and heating the body. Use Tri-Dosha Vata massage/body oil when there is dull, dry or rough skin, feelings of coldness, and to regulate the body’s temperature. It's stimulating action on the digestive fire (agni) clears toxic residue (ama) from the digestive tract, increasing absorption of nutrients and promoting regularity of bowel movements.
Physiological: Its warming effect on digestion, metabolism and circulation makes it useful for poor
elimination or constipation. Strengthens weak and erratic digestion, encourages downward movement of food.
Psychological: Tri-Dosha Vata massage/body oil is an effective formula for calming an anxious and nervous mind.
